Graston Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization technique (GISTM) utilizes stainless steel instruments to assist the doctor in finding and reducing muscle adhesions and scar tissue that could hinder the range of motion. Graston is especially effective in athletics, as a number of amateur and professional athletes and sports teams often have Graston-certified doctors and trainers on their staffs.

Sole Supports, Inc. provides the only custom orthotics based on a new paradigm (MASS position) that was developed to actually change foot posture and function during weight-bearing activities. The shell used to create the orthotic will fit the patient's foot like a glove and is machine-calibrated to have the right properties of flex and function based on the patient's height and weight.

The ALCAT test is a blood test done off-site from the Center of Chiropractic & Wellness that measures the level of delayed hypersensitivities to food, or food intolerances, that a patient may have. These allergies have been shown to cause increases in weight gain and joint pain, as well as increase the severity of allergies, asthma, skin rashes and other serious conditions. A detailed summary of the results are given and the patient receives a modified diet schedule to follow for the next 3-6 months as the conditions are monitored.
